Nobody likes locking themselves out.... Especially during the busiest time of day. The Lock Doctor, like everyone else I called were busy with at least an hour out. However, Rod was very courteous over the phone and assured me he would make it out within the hour. Within 15 minutes, Rod called to say he was on his way. Within less than ten minutes he arrived and in no time, like a pro, Rod was able to unlock the door. Happy days again!

The service charge was very reasonable compared to the others I called. Rod also gave me a goodie bag with all sorts of handy trinkets... pen, led lighted key chain, letter opener and other assorted office items.

Thank you to this wonderful man! My 2yo son locked himself in our car and he was on site in the 10 minutes he quoted and then he charged me nothing for it! He’s truly a knight in shining armor! He was prompt. Explained what went wrong with my lock, repaired it rather than replaced it. Showed me what was wrong with my how my front door was fitting and how adjusting that would make the dead bolt fit easier (so the dead bolt wasn't an issue, the door fit was). I really liked the information he gave as much as the repair he did. Nice man, good service.

Friendly guy. Saved me money from having tried the dealership making me a me a key for 2 years and I could only use my key fob.
